Methods of instruction

The course will consist of approximately 15 lectures. The course is marked by intensive interaction between lecturers and students. Presentations are followed by active discussion, in which students present cases and examples from their own background. Since the students are from different (often non-European) countries they get the opportunity to question and compare the situation they are familiar with, to the approach taken by the EU.
