Organizations come in many forms and ways. To align business operations and information technology one must be able to understand organizations. Understanding organizations requires that one can look from different perspectives to the organizational situation. The objective of this course is to provide students with different perspectives to recognize organizational characteristics and diagnose organizational problems. With this knowledge students should be able to critically reflect on organizational change programs and to understand organizational information technology needs.
