Description

This course teaches the basics of programming in Python. In addition to syntax of Python, it also introduced you to the core concepts of programming: sequence, repetition, selection, typing and functions. Finally it explains how to use a modern IDE (Interactive development environment) to program.

Course objectives

  • Knowing basic syntax of Python

  • Understanding and applying the core concepts of programming: sequence, repetition, selection, typing and functions

  • Using an IDE for debugging and basic refactoring
