Admission requirements

Familiarity with Indo-European phonology is required, e.g. by completing the course Indo-European Phonology. In case of doubt, please contact the teacher.

Description

This course is a continuation of and builds on the course Indo-European Phonology. Special topics are the categories gender and number in Indo-European, nominal composition, and derivation. We will conclude with a reconstruction of the pronominal system.
